Omolola Olorunbiyi

Research Assistant
Omolola Olorunbiyi is a Research Assistant at the Global Health Innovation Lab (GHIL). At GHIL, she provides research support for global health implementation projects. She has contributed to research on mass drug administration of praziquantel, and she is actively involved in the Vaccine Perception Project and SPAVPA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Environmental Biology and Public Health from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Health Promotion within the Health and Rehabilitation Sciences program at Western University.  Her doctoral research focuses on examining the systemic and structural factors that shaped vaccine deployment in Africa and identifying strategies to strengthen current and future vaccination programs in Nigeria.
