
Lulya Woldetinsae
Lulya Woldetinsae is an undergraduate research student in the GHIL. She is completing her fourth year of an Honours Specialization in Health Sciences with a Minor in Psychology at Western University. Within the lab, she has contributed to the Sexually Transmitted and Blood Borne Infections (STBBI) Project focused on Black Ontarians, where she transcribed and validated stakeholder interviews, conducted qualitative analysis, and supported manuscript development. Lulya is currently engaged in the Total Health & Equity (THE) Partnership Project for her Independent Study, conducting a scoping review of COVID-19 policies in Ontario and their impact on African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities. In addition, she assists with Vaccine Hesitancy Project, supporting data collection to explore factors influencing vaccination attitudes in ACB communities across Canada.
