
Christian Levi Hines
Research Assistant
Christian Hines is a Research Assistant at the Global Health and Innovation Lab (GHIL). At the GHIL, he assists with the Vaccine Perception Project, a qualitative study exploring perspectives on vaccination among African immigrant communities in Southwestern Ontario. He holds a BHSc with an Honours Specialization in Health Science with Biology from Western University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western. His master’s thesis examines factors influencing vaccine hesitancy among African migrants globally, supported by a scoping review he conducted. Through his work at the GHIL, Christian contributes to advancing community-engaged research and generating evidence to strengthen health equity and vaccination strategies.
