Mona Jarrah

Global Health Intern

Mona is a recent graduate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, holding a Master’s of Science in Public Health degree. Her current research interests include population and family health, infectious diseases, and educational research. Within the Global Health and Innovations Lab (GHIL), Mona has worked on educational research activities to investigate student experiences with utilizing an animated storyline in a classroom setting, in addition to creating a fictional malaria case study that can be used in a classroom setting as a learning tool. She is currently working on a case study outlining the lessons learned from using a Problem Based Learning (PBL) model within a post-secondary class setting.
